新课程要求中小学教师以自己的智慧人格启迪学生智慧,促进学生成长。但是从目前教育实践来看,中小学教师智慧人格缺失现象普遍存在,主要表现是教师的教育理念滞后、理论素养贫乏、业务能力较弱。造成中小学教师智慧人格缺失的主观原因是教师缺乏崇高理想、懈于终身学习、存在心理不适;客观原因是教师教育存在缺陷、保障机制不健全。
The new curriculum requires primary and secondary school teachers to inspire students’ wisdom with their own intellectual personality and promote their growth. However, judging from the current practice of education, the lack of wisdom personality of primary and secondary school teachers is widespread. The main manifestations are the lagging of teachers’ educational philosophy, poor theoretical accomplishment and weak business capability. The subjective reasons that caused the lack of wisdom and personality of primary and secondary school teachers are the lack of lofty ideals of teachers, and the slightest delay in lifelong learning and the existence of psychological discomfort. The objective reason is that teachers’ education has flaws and the guarantee mechanism is not perfect.
