目的比较三种排龈时间下的排龈效果,为临床上排龈时间的选择提供参考。方法 选取10名志愿者的59颗前磨牙或尖牙,于颊侧龈沟分别进行三种时间的排龈(5、10、15分钟),两次排龈间隔至少2周。制取排龈后的印模并灌制石膏模型。根据模型上牙龈不同位置牙龈与牙面的分离情况,对排龈效果由好到差进行0～3分的评分,其中0分及1分记为满意,比较不同排龈时间下排龈效果得分及满意率间的差异。结果三种排龈时间的排龈效果得分存在统计学差异(P<0.05),随排龈时间的延长排龈效果满意率逐渐增大,排龈10分钟即可达到较好的排龈效果满意率。结论在本实验条件下,印模制取前使用单线机械法排龈至少需要10分钟。
Objective To compare the gingival curative effect of three kinds of gingival time and to provide a reference for the choice of gingival time. Methods 59 premolar or canine of 10 volunteers were selected. Three kinds of gingival retraction (5, 10 and 15 minutes) were performed on the buccal gingival sulcus respectively. The interval between two gingival retractions was at least 2 weeks. Preparation of gingival implants and cast gypsum model. According to the separation of gingiva and tooth surface in different positions on the model, the gingival effect was evaluated from good to bad by 0 to 3 points, of which 0 and 1 points were satisfactory. The gingival effect scores at different gingival time were compared And the difference between the satisfaction rate. Results There was a significant difference in gingival effect scores between the three gingival time (P <0.05). Satisfactory rate of gingival gingival effect increased with gingival prolongation, and gingival gingival success was achieved after 10 minutes rate. Conclusions Under this experimental condition, it takes at least 10 minutes to gingival using a single-wire mechanical method before making the impression.
