目的 :探讨 PDGF在高脂饮食肾病大鼠肾小球硬化中的表达。方法 :1 6只Wistar大鼠在阿霉素肾病模型后随机分为肾病组及高脂饮食组 ,饲养 1 2周 ,观察血脂、尿蛋白、肾脏病理积分及 PDGF。结果 :高脂饮食组血胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、尿蛋白、肾脏病理积分及泡沫细胞明显高于肾病组 ,肾脏免疫组化也显示高脂饮食组 PDGF、FN增多。结论 :高脂饮食可加剧肾小球损伤 ,PDGF参与其发病
Objective: To investigate the expression of PDGF in glomerulosclerosis of rats with high fat diet induced nephropathy. Methods: Sixteen Wistar rats were randomly divided into nephropathy group and high fat diet group after adriamycin nephropathy model. The rats were fed for 12 weeks. Blood lipid, urinary protein, pathological score of kidney and PDGF were observed. Results: The levels of serum cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, urine protein, renal pathological score and foam cells in high fat diet group were significantly higher than those in nephropathy group. Kidney immunohistochemistry also showed increased PDGF and FN in high fat diet group. Conclusion: High-fat diet can aggravate glomerular injury and PDGF is involved in the pathogenesis
