随着我国市场经济的不断发展,我国行政事业单位逐渐的改变原有的社会职能,偏重于行使行政和社会服务职能。由于体制改革,行政事业单位改变之前经费管理模式,不断推进集中管理运作模式,提高资金利用效益,加强信息量的收集和灵活传递处理工作。本文对行政事业单位资金集中管理运作模式进行探讨,分析该模式的特点及优缺点,尝试对模式构建提出看法和意见。
With the continuous development of the market economy in our country, the administrative units in our country gradually change their original social functions and are mainly concerned with exercising their administrative and social service functions. As a result of the system reform, the administrative units have changed their previous fund management models and continuously promoted the mode of centralized management and operation, improved the efficiency of capital utilization, and strengthened the collection and flexible transmission of information. This paper discusses the operation mode of centralized fund management in administrative institutions, analyzes its characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, and tries to put forward opinions and opinions on the mode construction.
