The “Enterprise Information Engineering Project” co-sponsored by the State Economic and Trade Commission, the Ministry of Information Industry and the Ministry of Science and Technology was officially launched at the “Enterprise Information Promotion Conference” held in Beijing on January 26 this year. The 15th National Congress of the CPC explicitly demanded the promotion of informatization of the national economy.
