住宅现浇钢筋混凝土楼板的裂缝,是目前较难克服的质量通病之一,尤其是住宅工程现浇钢筋混凝土楼板的裂缝发生后,往往会引起投诉、纠纷,以及索赔等问题,为了构建当代和谐社会,解决这个问题显得相当重要。在此分析了目前普遍采用的现浇钢筋混凝土楼板产生裂缝的特点和常见裂缝产生的原因,提出了具体预防措施和处理方法。
The cracking of cast-in-place reinforced concrete slab is one of the common quality problems that are difficult to overcome at present. Especially after the cracks of cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs of residential projects occur, they often cause problems such as complaints, disputes and claims. In order to build contemporary harmony Society, solving this problem is quite important. In this paper, the commonly used characteristics of cracks in cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor and the causes of common cracks are analyzed, and specific precautionary measures and treatment methods are put forward.
