观察穴位贴及红外线照射联合舒适护理治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期患者的临床效果。选取我院呼吸内科2013年3月至2014年2月收治的支气管哮喘急性发作期患者63例为对照组,2014年3月至2015年2月收治的支气管哮喘急性发作期患者63例为实验组。对照组采取常规治疗,实验组在此基础上采取穴位贴及红外线照射联合舒适护理治疗,比较两组患者病情缓解情况。对照组总有效率82.54%,实验组总有效率96.83%,实验组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),有统计学意义。对支气管哮喘急性发作期的患者采用穴位贴及红外线照射联合舒适护理治疗,其效果显著,能明显改善患者的临床症状。
To observe the clinical effect of acupoint sticking and infrared radiation combined with comfort nursing in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma. Sixty-three patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from March 2013 to February 2014 were selected as the control group. Sixty-three patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma from March 2014 to February 2015 were selected as the experimental group . Control group to take conventional treatment, the experimental group on this basis, acupoint paste and infrared radiation combined with comfort care, the two groups were compared to alleviate the situation. The total effective rate was 82.54% in the control group and 96.83% in the experimental group. The total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma in patients with acupuncture points and infrared radiation combined with comfort care, the effect is significant, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
