After China’s accession to the WTO, the fire administrative law enforcement proposed a higher update and more stringent requirements. At present, the legal awareness of public security and fire fighting agencies at all levels has been enhanced. The responsibility system for administrative enforcement of law is being established. The law enforcement of fire fighting is becoming more and more standardized and the level of fire supervision is constantly improving. Great achievements have been made.
