1954年出生,年届50的张世家,高中毕业后,在棉油加工厂干过3年临时工,在学校当过两年民办教师,后来又去当时的人民公社当了10年“秘书的秘书”。1986年,他突然决定下海,在一家乡镇企业一干就是8年,从办公室主任干到副总、副董事长。然而,就在这个时候,他却又离开这家企业,靠从朋友那借来的500万创办了山东天达药业有限公司。7年间,该公司已累计向国家缴税7700万元,不仅成为山东省十大高新技术企业之一,还被国家科技部列为全国首批16家“863”高技术研究发展计划成果产业化基地,同时列入的大唐电信、浪潮、东大阿尔派、中科三环等都是各行业的龙头,只有天达是一家普普通通的民营企业。
