2008年6月26日至28日,以主任贺颖为组长、副巡视员赵景新为副组长的哈尔滨市志办考察组一行8人赴齐齐哈尔市进行了为期两天的考察。本次考察的主要内容有:齐齐哈尔市志办包括所属区、县(市)志办机构、队伍建设情况;贯彻落实《地方志工作条例》的主要做法与经验;二轮志书(市志及所属区、县志)编纂的组织形式、进展情况及日常管理与指导的方式方法;在推进用志工作方面的主要做法与经验。
From June 26 to June 28, 2008, a delegation of 8 people from Harbin City Chihpen Investigation Team, headed by He Ying, head of Zhao Yingxin, the deputy inspector, went to Qiqihar for a two-day inspection. The main contents of this study are as follows: Qiqihar City Zhi Zhi including its district, county (city) Chi institutions, team building; implement the “Local Records Work Regulations” of the main practices and experience; District, county) compilation of the organization, progress and the daily management and guidance of the ways and means; in the promotion of the work of Chi major practices and experience.
