五倍子与文蛤是两种截然不同的药物,但有些医药人员却把它们混为一谈。按开宝本草载有五倍子釋名文蛤,李时珍本草綱目云:其形似文蛤,故亦同名等语,遂误傅至今,仍有以五倍子当文蛤出售的(现在齐齐哈尔中药店就是这样)。为了弄清是非,特提出加以讨论: 一五倍子五倍子系漆树科植物鹽膚木之叶由五倍子蚜虫刺伤而生成的不整齐囊状癭瘤;长、圆不等,大者如拳,小者如菱;皮壁坚脆似角質;色黄褐,被有灰白色的毛葺;中空、内有很多微小五倍子蚜虫屍体及粉状排洩物等?酒凡诖ā⑶⑾妗⒍醯仁 :?
