摆齿线轮的齿形精度,直接影响着减速机的效率,承载能力、噪声、平稳性等主要性能指标。所以如何提高齿形精度已成为目前行星针轮减速机生产中亟待解决的问题。摆线齿轮齿廓曲线如图1所示,图中A为齿顶点,B为齿根点,C为齿高中点。其方程如下:式中n_X=n_X(φ),n_Y=n_Y(φ),分别为法矢点的X、Y分量;e为偏心距;Z_b为定子齿数;Z_a为转子齿数;φ为转角参数;r为针齿半径;R为展成圆半径。
Toothed wheel tooth profile accuracy, a direct impact on the reducer efficiency, load capacity, noise, stability and other key performance indicators. Therefore, how to improve the profile accuracy has become an urgent problem to be solved in the production of planetary gear reducer. Cycloid gear profile curve shown in Figure 1, the figure A is the tip of the tooth, B is the tooth root point, C is the tooth midpoint.
