分层异步并进课堂运用分层设置的科学性、教学方法的灵活性、教学手段的多样性,既满足了高师声乐学 生群体与个体认知的不同需求,有效地使各层级声乐学生的现有知识水平和技能得以提高,又确保通过努 力而实现达标增效,既可行又实效。本文提出要根据高师声乐学生的知识水平、认知能力分层制定声乐教 学目标,对声乐教学过程中的教学方法进行分层,以及把高师声乐学生按高、中、低层级进行分层,从而达 到异步并进的教学效果。
