为客观地分析孤独症患儿的心理行为障碍特征和诊断规范化 ,用ABC量表分析儿童孤独症患儿的心理特征 ,并了解ABC量表效度 ,对临床诊断为孤独症的20例患儿用ABC量表再评估 ,另设注意缺陷多动综合征20例作对照。结果显示 ,20例孤独症患儿中 ,总分≥68分10例 ,<68但≥53分6例 ,<53分4例 ,阳性率80 % ;对照组20例总分均<53分。提示ABC量表可唤起家长对忽视的症状加以重视 ,有助医师分析患儿心理特征 ,为诊断、治疗和预后提供支持依据。
To objectively analyze the characteristics and diagnosis of children with autism spectrum disorders, and to analyze the psychological characteristics of children with autism, and to understand the validity of the ABC scale, 20 cases of children with autism diagnosed as autism Re-evaluation with the ABC scale, another 20 cases of attention deficit hyperactivity syndrome as a control. The results showed that in 20 children with autism, the total score ≥68 points and 10 cases, <68 but ≥53 points in 6 cases, <53 points in 4 cases, the positive rate was 80%; control group, 20 patients were <53 points. Tip ABC scale can arouse parents to neglect the symptoms to be taken seriously, help physicians to analyze the psychological characteristics of children, to provide support for diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.
