小组合作是一个老生常谈的话题,在多年的实践与研究下,我们的小组合作基本就是边教边学模式,在这种模式下,优生可以帮助组内的差生,小组合作的效果也几乎停留在补差这一环节。在高中的数学课堂中,我们的时间是十分宝贵的,我们的目标也是非常明确的。为此,我们不仅需要补差,更需要培优。笔者结合课堂复习中的试卷讲评,谈谈如何在试卷讲评的过程中充分挖掘小组合作的潜能和价值,充分服务于培优补差的双向目标达成。
