1994年和1995年我省发生了历史上罕见的连年干旱,历时200多天未下透雨,使河水断流,水库见底,水井干涸,人畜饮水也成了大问题,工农业损失十分严重。
In 1994 and 1995, there was a rare continuous drought in our province in history which lasted more than 200 days, causing the river to stop flowing. The reservoir bottomed out and the well dries up. Drinking water for both people and livestock has also become a big problem. The loss of industry and agriculture is very serious.
