岚皋县国营林业总场1984年正式运行以来,使用贷款、借款等形式滚动发展,目前已拥用固定资产420万元。从1990年开始年交税金都在30万元以上。十几年来用于护林造林资金170万元,营造丰产林3万余亩,成林抚育10万亩,幼林抚育3万亩。1996年生产木材19800m~3,完成产值631万元,是1995年的2.5倍,向国家上交税费122.8万元,超额2倍完成了总场与政府签定的合同任务。 1997年总场以培育森林资源为重点,建立比较完备的林业生态体系和比较发达的林业产业体系为目标,坚持执行综合经营、全面发展的办场方针,实行分类经营,并体现国有林场特点的管理体制和经营机制,逐步形成一、二、三产业协调发展的经济新格局。 1.进行分类经营
