茶为药用已有数千年历史.唐本草拾遗上提出,“诸药为各病之药,茶为万病之药”.茶具有消食利尿、兴奋神经、祛痰止渴、明目益思、消炎解毒的作用.最近的研究报道,茶具有抗癌效果和抗辐射作用,研究还确认,茶能控制糖尿病.对于茶的某种营养和药理作用应归功于茶的何种化学成分,众说不一.本文以恩施茶为材料,分析测定了其中的部分营养成分和无机元素含量,同时,还作了清除自由基的ESR试验.提供证据.
