细长钢筋混凝土柱一般多用于升板工程及单层工业厂房挡风柱等。其特点是断面小、柱身长(图1)。要多快好省地完成细长柱子的吊装任务,就要做到:构件布置要合理,充分发挥吊车潜力;柱子吊点选择要合适,尽量避免柱子吊装出现裂缝;确保柱子在安装中的稳定性;找出柱子垂直偏差受温度影响的变化规律。现将施工实践中的初步体会介绍如下。
Slender reinforced concrete columns are generally used for riser projects and single-story industrial plant windshields. It is characterized by a small section and a long column (Figure 1). To accomplish the task of lifting the slender columns more quickly and economically, we must do the following: The layout of the components must be reasonable to give full play to the potential of the crane; the selection of the column lifting points should be appropriate, and the cracks in the columns should be avoided as far as possible; ensure the stability of the columns during installation. Sex; find out how the vertical deviation of the column is affected by temperature. The preliminary experience in the construction practice is described below.
