目的 研究三氧化二砷(As_2O_3)对HepA小鼠肝癌血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及环氧合酶-2(COX-2)表达的影响.方法 建立皮下种植肝癌小鼠模型,用药后观察小鼠肿瘤体积变化及抑瘤率;利用免疫组化观察移植瘤中VEGF及COX-2.结摹三氧化二砷对小鼠肝癌瘤体体积和抑瘤率均具有抑制作用;三氧化二砷降低了VEGF及COX-2的表达,与未用药对照组相比均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论三氧化二砷能缩小肿瘤体积、增加抑瘤率,并能降低VEGF及COX-2的表达.“,”Objective To study the effect of arsenic trioxide( As_2O_3) on vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) expression in hepatocarcinoma. Methods HepA - grafed hepatocarcinoma mouse model was established. After treated by As_2O_3 ,the volume change of tumor and tumor inhibition rates were observed. The expression of VEGF and COX-2 was detected by immunohisto-chemistry. Results The volume of tumor and the tumor inhibition rates were significantly decreased in As_2O_3 group compared with control group (P <0. 05) . The As_2O_3 inhibited angiogenesis of xenograft tumor, depressed the expression of VEGF and COX-2. Conclusion As_2O_3 can inhibit the growth of tumor, and inhibit the expression of VEGF and COX-2.
