“七五”国家重点科技攻关项目—“云南昆阳磷矿缓倾斜中厚矿体露天采矿方法工业试验”和“云南海口磷矿Ⅰ 、Ⅱ采区硅钙质磷块岩选矿试验”两项科技攻关成果,于1988年12月19日至22日分别通过了专家鉴定。 昆阳磷矿试验成功的露天长壁式采矿方法是在采区内沿矿层走向推进,倾斜分层开采的方法。引进了美国D_(10)大功率推土机,用作采场推矿聚堆,并辅以裂(松)矿作业。开采工艺是推土机聚矿—电铲装车—汽车运输,实现了露天开采技术与工艺设备相配套,采区生产能力达160万吨/年。该采矿方法是国内首创,具有工艺简单、开采强度大、贫化损失小、产量高、成本低等优点。此外,
