语文教师的业务发展有着几个不同阶段。第一阶段,全面打好教学业务基础。需要教师在阅读能力、写作能力和口头表达能力上进一步发展自己。所谓阅读能力,即要求教师对于作品具有相应的背景知识,进而辨析作品内容、思路、结构、辞采之间的辩证关系并清晰地表述。要求具备拿起一篇素未接触过的材料就能大声朗读的能力。要求掌握多种阅读技巧,如精读、略读、跳读、浏览等等。所谓写作能力,即要求教师能够动笔,熟悉中学生常用的几种文体,能进行示范性写作,具备修改学生文章的文字能力。所谓口头表达能力,应是熟练运用“讲演语体”,
The language teacher’s business development has several different stages. In the first stage, we will lay a solid foundation for the teaching business. Teachers need to further develop themselves in reading ability, writing ability, and oral expression ability. The so-called reading ability requires the teacher to have a corresponding background knowledge for the work, and then to discriminate the dialectical relationship between the content, the idea, the structure, and the diction, and clearly express it. It requires the ability to read aloud aloud a piece of material that has not been touched. Requires a variety of reading skills such as intensive reading, skimming, skipping, browsing, and more. The so-called writing ability requires the teacher to be able to start writing, to be familiar with several kinds of styles commonly used by middle school students, to perform exemplary writing, and to have the ability to modify student’s writing. The so-called oral expression ability should be the skillful use of “lectures”.
