[目的]建立杀草胺在稻谷和糙米中的高效液相色谱残留检测方法。[方法]样品经石油醚提取,弗罗里硅土玻璃层析柱净化;Agilent-1260高效液相色谱仪配备紫外检测器检测。[结果]该方法在稻谷和糙米中的添加质量分数均为0.0715、0.715、2.86 mg/kg时,回收率为80.00%~102.51%,RSD为0.57%~5.55%。在稻谷和糙米中的最低检测质量分数为0.0715 mg/kg,最小检出量为7.0×10-11g。[结论]所建立检测方法的灵敏度、准确度和精密度均满足杀草胺在糙米和稻谷中残留分析要求。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for the determination of residues of acetochlor in rice and brown rice by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). [Method] The samples were extracted with petroleum ether and purified with Florisil silica glass column. The Agilent-1260 high performance liquid chromatograph was equipped with UV detector. [Result] The recoveries were between 80.00% and 102.51% and the RSDs were between 0.57% and 5.55% for both 0.0715, 0.715 and 2.86 mg / kg of rice and brown rice. The minimum detectable mass fraction in rice and brown rice was 0.0715 mg / kg and the minimum detectable amount was 7.0 × 10-11 g. [Conclusion] The sensitivity, accuracy and precision of the established detection methods all meet the residue analysis requirements of herbicides in brown rice and paddy.
