在深入分析R&D联盟企业知识转移构成要素及各要素相互关系基础上,运用ISM模型识别出影响要素。建立了能够刻画R&D联盟知识转移行为的因果关系图与系统动力学模型。并用Vensim PLE软件实现了系统仿真,验证了模型的有效性和灵敏度。
Based on the in-depth analysis of the elements of R & D alliance’s knowledge transfer and the interrelationship of the elements, the ISM model is used to identify the influencing factors. Established a causal relationship diagram and system dynamics model that can describe knowledge transfer behavior of R & D alliance. The system simulation was implemented by Vensim PLE software, which verified the validity and sensitivity of the model.
