DOA(Dead-On-Arrival)愿意是指就诊时已死亡的病例,日本急救医学会认为,DOA 是指到医院时心跳呼吸已停止,但对有力的复苏措施可能有反应者.本文通过分析我院1989年3月至1993年8月的 DOA 病例,对复苏方法的有效性和决定预后的因素进行了探讨。
