随着我国社会发展、高校的全面扩招,高等职业院校与学生的数量急剧增加学生就业问题凸显。职业指导工作己成为高职院校教育的重中之重。高职院校职业指导是随着社会经济发展和高职院校的发展深入而出现的一个新课题,职业指导是联系高职院校学生职业指导与社会就业实践的纽带。高职院校职业指导工作的主要任务是促进学生的职业发展和成才、提升学生的就业质量。本文就高职院校职业指导发展现状展开思考,对新时期职业指导工作实践提出意见。
With the social development in our country and the full enrollment of higher education institutions, the number of higher vocational colleges and students has dramatically increased. The problem of employment of students has become prominent. Vocational guidance has become the top priority of higher vocational education. Vocational guidance in higher vocational colleges is a new subject that emerges along with the social and economic development and the development of higher vocational colleges. Vocational guidance is the link between the occupation guidance of students in higher vocational colleges and social employment practice. The main task of vocational guidance in higher vocational colleges is to promote the professional development and talent development of students and to improve their employment quality. This article discusses the status quo of career guidance in higher vocational colleges and puts forward opinions on the practice of career guidance in the new era.
