一、主要破坏情况四平市现有小型山塘、水库395座,总库容9489万m~3,兴利库容3773万m~3,设计灌溉面积5.28万亩,1990年实际灌溉面积4.5万亩,年产成鱼7.5万kg。这些小型山塘、水库多数带病运行,其工程设计标准偏低,不配套,比较破烂。掂初步调查,395座山塘、水库中,工程基本完好的(一类)有83座,占21%;工程遭到某种程度的破坏,可以使用的(二类)有114座,占29%;工程破坏严重,必须维修的(三类)有198座,占50%(详见附表)。

There are 114 (No. 2) of which can be used, accounting for 29 %; There are 198 buildings (50%) with serious damage and need to be repaired (three types) (see attached table).
