选用东南亚与西、南亚十余国家的 O.sativa L.品种130个,其中包括典型粳稻、典型籼稻、光稃稻(nuda)、爪哇稻和 aus 稻以及部分不同酶带的品种杂交 F_1和 F_2作了酯酶同工酶分析。采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平扳电泳方法,一般品种以3—5粒成熟种子制样,F_2代种子为单粒制样。电泳和制样根据杨太兴方法并作了适当修改。所测品种共出现23条酶带,依照其迁移率和出现频率可分为14组,从负极到正极依次命
A total of 130 O.sativa L. cultivars were selected from more than ten countries in Southeast Asia, West and South Asia, including typical japonica rice, typical indica rice, nuda, Java and aus rice, as well as some F 1 and F 2 Esterase isozyme analysis was done. Vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis method, the general varieties of 3-5 mature seeds sample, F_2 generation seeds for the single sample preparation. Electrophoresis and sample preparation according to Yang Tai Hing method and made the appropriate changes. A total of 23 bands were detected in the tested varieties, which could be divided into 14 groups according to their mobility and frequency of occurrence, ranging from negative to positive
