加工工作站(MWS)运行的有效性和柔性将直接影响柔性制造系统FMS运行的有效性和柔性。解决MWS集成问题和开发高功能的加工工作站应用软件对于成功地建成FMS将具有关键性作用。本文简要介绍了所开发的MWS基本构成,采用的技术途径和应用软件的主要功能特征。
The effectiveness and flexibility of MWS operations will have a direct impact on the effectiveness and flexibility of FMS operation in flexible manufacturing systems. Addressing MWS integration issues and developing high-performance machining station applications are key to successfully building FMS. This article briefly describes the basic components of the MWS developed, the technical approaches used, and the main functional features of the application software.
