Pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) is a common idiopathic disease in pregnancy. The basic lesion is systemic small vasospasm and hemodynamic changes, which seriously threaten the health of mother and baby, especially early-onset severe preeclampsia ( Early onset severe preeclampsia, ES-PE), early onset, a serious degree, can cause damage to the body of the terminal organ [1]. In recent years, with the progress of molecular biology, the pathogenesis of ES-PE has been paid more and more attention. At present, it is thought that the pathogenesis of ES-PE involves placental factors, vascular endothelial injury and imbalance of active substances, systemic inflammatory response, immunity and other factors.
