用电化学疗法治疗S180肉瘤,检测抑瘤率、治愈率、肿瘤血管内皮生长因子表达以及肿瘤微血管的密度,并分析电化疗法的机理。结果表明电化疗法治疗肉瘤的治愈率可以达到84.6%。本实验为探讨电化学疗法的安全性和机理以及临床肿瘤治疗可行性提供实验依据。
S180 sarcoma was treated with electrochemotherapy, the tumor inhibition rate, cure rate, tumor vascular endothelial growth factor expression and tumor microvessel density were detected, and the mechanism of electrochemotherapy was analyzed. The results show that the cure rate of electrochemotherapy for sarcoma can reach 84.6%. This experiment to provide experimental evidence for the safety and mechanism of electrochemical therapy and the feasibility of clinical oncology treatment.
