目的:探讨口腔科患儿初诊表现,以期为防治儿童口腔疾病提供借鉴依据。方法:回顾性选取2013年1月至2015年5月我院儿童口腔科收治的2600例初诊患儿为研究对象,记录患儿性别、年龄、疾病震旦信息等信息。结果:患儿患病的高峰年龄阶段为5~8岁及9~12岁;按患儿就诊时的主要疾病类型进行分类:龋病912例(35.08%),其中乳牙龋716颗(78.51%),恒牙龋196颗(21.49%);牙髓根尖周病837例(32.19%),其中乳乳牙牙髓根尖周病685例(81.84%),恒牙牙髓根尖周病152例(18.16%);乳牙滞留299例(11.5%),牙外伤174例(6.69%),口腔健康检查231例(8.88%),错颌矫正52例(2.0%),咬合诱导30例(1.15%),牙周及黏膜病34例(1.31%),其它57例(2.19%),其中94例(36.15%)患者就诊时以牙痛为主诉。其中,龋病多发生在5~8岁组与9~12岁组,牙髓病与根尖周兵多发生在的2~4岁及5~8岁组,结论:龋病与牙髓根尖周病是目前儿童口腔科诊疗的主要疾病类型,因此,积极加大儿童口腔保健知识的宣传力度,多角度预防口腔疾病发生的可能性,对降低患儿口腔疾病的发生率具有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the first diagnosis of children with stomatology, with a view to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of oral diseases in children. Methods: From January 2013 to May 2015, 2600 cases of newly diagnosed children admitted to our hospital for pediatric stomatology were retrospectively selected, and their information such as sex, age and disease Aurora were recorded. Results: The peak age of children was 5 to 8 years old and 9 to 12 years old. According to the main types of diseases, 912 cases (35.08%) were caries, 716 cases (78.51% ), 196 (21.49%) permanent tooth caries, 837 cases (32.19%) of apical periodontal disease, 685 cases of apical periodontitis of milk deciduous teeth (81.84%), 152 cases of periapical apical periodontitis of permanent teeth (18.16%), 299 cases of deciduous teeth (11.5%), 174 cases (6.69%) of oral trauma, 231 cases (8.8%) oral malformations, 52 cases (2.0% ), Periodontal and mucosal disease in 34 cases (1.31%), and the other 57 cases (2.19%). Totally 94 cases (36.15%) were complained of toothache. Among them, caries mostly occurred in 5 to 8 years old group and 9 to 12 years old group, endodontic and apical weeks more occurred in the 2 to 4 years old and 5 to 8 years old group, Conclusion: caries and pulp root Perinatal disease is the main type of disease in pediatric dentistry. Therefore, it is of great importance to actively promote the promotion of children’s oral health knowledge and prevent the occurrence of oral diseases from multiple perspectives, and to reduce the incidence of oral diseases in children.
