一、概述混凝土搅拌机是建筑工程中不可缺少的施工设备,是搅拌混凝土的主要装置。而搅拌装置又是搅拌机的核心。因此,搅拌机工作性能的好坏主要取决于搅拌装置的结构参数。目前国内建筑工程中大量使用的鼓筒式搅拌机,已被科学试验和工程实践证明,它存在着许多不足之处,将被结构更趋于合理的锥形反转出料式混凝土搅拌机所代替。对于这种新型混凝土搅拌机的搅拌装置,目前国内外各厂家看法不一致,因此研究锥形反转出料式搅拌机的拌筒合理结构,是当前混凝土搅拌机更新
I. Overview Concrete mixers are indispensable construction equipment for construction projects and are the main devices for mixing concrete. The stirring device is the core of the mixer. Therefore, the performance of the mixer depends mainly on the structural parameters of the stirring device. At present, the drum mixers widely used in domestic construction projects have been proved by scientific experiments and engineering practices. There are many deficiencies in the drum mixers, and they will be replaced by cone-shaped reversing discharge concrete mixers, which tend to be more reasonable in structure. For the stirring device of this new type of concrete mixer, the opinions of various manufacturers at home and abroad are inconsistent. Therefore, the rational structure of the mixing cylinder of the cone-reversed discharging mixer is studied, and the concrete mixer is updated.
