钴~(60)r射线应用于某些药品及医疗用品的消毒灭菌具有耗能低、穿透力强、灭菌效果好等优点,尤其适用于耐热性较差的材料,其消毒灭菌的效果已有报道,但对其破坏细菌内毒素(如热原质)的效力研究甚少。本文选用各种浓度的大肠杆菌的内毒素,用不同剂量钴(60)r射线进行辐照,观察其对细菌内毒素的破坏效果。材料与方法材料大肠杆菌内毒素(批号86—3)500ng/支,由卫生部药品生物制品检定所提供;鲎试剂批号861031(0.5ml/支)浙江医科大学药厂;钴~(60)r射线放射源由浙江农业科学院原子能利用研究所提供,强度为2.96×10~(15)Bq。
