“赖氨匹林”是七十年代法国Egic公司首先试制成功,日本、西德、西班牙、意大利等国相继进行生产。该品系阿司匹林和赖氨酸相结合的一种水溶性复盐,适用于感冒、发烧、头痛、风湿痛、关节痛、神经痛、癌痛以及手术后疼痛等。是国外广泛使用的一种解热镇痛药,它起效快,血浓度高,疗效显著,副作用少,且无成瘾性。据报道法国100种畅销成药中,该药销售占第五位,日本把它列为国民基本保健用药,可见“赖氨匹林”是一种很有发展前途的药物,国家医药管理局已把它列入“七五”期间重点开发的新药。
