Male, 74 years old, hospitalized for almost 2 weeks of syncope due to repeated vertigo. Previously suffering from angina for 7 years, often accompanied by rapid atrial fibrillation. The second observation after admission was that when the patient yawned, a sinus arrest of 4.1 seconds occurred, causing the patient to perform a few consecutive deep inspiration to reproduce a similar sinus arrest. The authors observed a rare manifestation in patients with sinus tachycardia syndrome (sinus bradycardia and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation) - sustained deep inspiration can repeatedly induce prolonged sinus node and atrioventricular Connection zone arrest, the mechanism of this phenomenon is not clear. Normally, the Hering-Breuer reflex, impulsive to the impulse, slows down the heart rate, in which case it seems to exist
