患儿男,2岁5个月,因四肢无力20d,颈部肿痛8d伴间断发热入院。20d前无诱因出现颈部肿痛,伴四肢无力肌肉疼痛,吞咽困难,初有发热,在当地诊断“淋巴结炎”给予静脉滴注抗生素治疗热退,8d前因轻微外力后,出现颈部疼痛加重,活动受限,强直,四肢发软无力,不自行站立行走,曾在外院经用
Children male, 2 years and 5 months, due to weakness of limbs 20d, 8d neck pain with intermittent fever admitted to hospital. There was no predisposing cause of neck pain and swelling in 20 days, with weakness in limbs and muscle pain, swallowing difficulty and fever in early days. Local diagnosis of “lymphadenitis” was given intravenous antibiotics to treat fever and back pain after 8 days. Aggravating, limited activities, ankylosis, limbs weakness, do not stand on their own to walk, used in the outer court
