唇形科植物假细锥香茶菜 Rabdosia coe-tsoides C.Y.Wu 为一种民间用于消炎、镇痛和治疗肝炎的草药,我们从广西产的该植物叶的乙醇提取物的中性部位,经硅胶柱层析分离得到一个 B 环具有α、β不饱和酮的对映-3β、20-环氧-贝壳杉烯二萜,为首次从香茶菜属植物中分离得到的新化合物,命名为假细锥甲素(coetsoidin A)。假细锥甲素为无色柱状结晶,mp180~181C,HRMS 测得 m/e386.1734(M)~+,符合分子式 C_(22)H_(26)O_6(计算值:386.1729),不
The labiata plant Rabdosia coe-tsoides CYWu is a folk herb used for anti-inflammatory, analgesic and hepatic treatment. The neutral part of the ethanol extract of this plant leaf was produced in Guangxi. Separation by silica gel column chromatography gave an enantiomer -3β, 20-epoxy-kaurene diterpene with an α- and β-unsaturated ketone in the B-ring, which is the first new compound isolated from the genus Catherine and named it Coetsoidin A.
