一所学校的办学高度,是由教师的道德境界和教师的专业水准决定的。作为校长,在引领学校发展的过程中,首先要思考的是如何引领促进教师的专业发展,从而不断增强教师的生存力、发展力。目前,我们学校1 0年期左右青年教师占到一线教师总数的近50%,促进青年教师专业发展成为提升学校师资队伍水平的关键。多年来,我校实施了青年教师培养工程及“三级带教”制度,
