例1:患儿孙××,男,10岁,主因呕吐一次,两眼凝视,站立不稳5天,于1987年3月16日入院。患儿入院前5天吃发黄、有酒糟味的甘蔗20cm 长。食后5小时呕吐一次,并出现双眼凝视,头痛,站立不稳。曾去神经科就诊,以“癔病”“病毒脑炎”诊治,病情不见好转,出现重复别人讲话,四肢不自主乱动转入我科治疗。查体:神清,双眼凝视,烦躁。颈软,心肺(-)腹软,肝脾不大,四肢有不自主的乱动(双侧),巴彬斯基征
