There are great differences in the ways in which countries regulate the labor market. There is a Japanese labor market model and a Swedish model. The labor market in Britain, France, the United States and other countries also has its own characteristics. Japan’s labor market model is based on the so-called “life-long employment” system, which ensures that workers are employed in enterprises until the maximum working age (55-60 years) is reached. “Lifelong employment ” system Includes provisions for raising the amount of material benefits in the form of wages, bonuses, and social payments. For example, the salaries of elderly (50-54 years old) workers are almost two times higher than the initial wage rates of youth workers aged 18-19 years.
