体育舞蹈是一项全民皆宜的健身项目,具有极强的趣味性与娱乐性,受到广大高校学子的喜爱,且此项目能提升大学生的身体素质水平。本文对高校体育舞蹈的训练和教学进行了讨论,根据其教学方式与特点,提出了一些具体的教学措施,比如,领带法与分解教学法。这些办法对于体育舞蹈课的教学有很大的帮助,十分的适用,能够很好的提升教学质量,并且能极大地缩短教学时间。
Sports dance is a universal fitness program, with great fun and entertainment, loved by the majority of college students, and this project can enhance the level of physical fitness of college students. This article discusses the training and teaching of college physical dance. According to its teaching methods and characteristics, it puts forward some specific teaching measures, such as the tie method and decomposition teaching method. These methods are very helpful for the teaching of sports dance lessons, which are very suitable to improve the teaching quality and greatly shorten the teaching time.
