未成年人犯罪是一个十分突出的社会问题。有资料统计表明,当前未成年人犯罪除呈现低龄化、团伙化、暴力化、智能化等四大特点之外,其犯罪数量已呈上升之势。在经济空前发展,青少年学习、生活条件日趋优越的情况下,为什么未成年人犯罪反而会越来越多呢?笔者带着这个问题,结合工作实际进行了一些调查,对当前未成年人犯罪的现状、成因,有了一些肤浅的认识。1从调查情况看,笔者认为近年来未成年人犯罪主要呈现如下特点。
Juvenile delinquency is a very prominent social problem. Statistics show that the crime of juvenile delinquency has risen in addition to the four major features of younger age, gangsterization, violence and intelligence. Under the circumstances of unprecedented economic development, adolescent learning and increasingly better living conditions, why do juvenile delinquency turn out to be more and more?
