32例经颅超声多普勒(TCD)证实的椎基底动脉系统供血不足性眩晕患者中47%出现基底动脉TCD异常,68.75%表现为椎动脉颅内段TCD异常,63%有小脑后下动脉TCD异常。听觉脑干电反应(ABR)变化:异常发生率81%;波间期(IPL)异常率75%,I-III异常69%,III-V异常13%,I-V异常为28%。椎基底动脉受累血管及程度不一,在ABR检查中既有脑干听觉通路受累表现,又有内耳缺血性改变。脑干听觉通路受损主要表现为I-IIIIPL的延长。
Thirty-seven (47%) of the patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo confirmed by TCD showed abnormal TCD in basilar artery, 68.75% showed abnormal TCD in intracranial segments of vertebral artery, 63% had posterior cerebellar Abnormal artery TCD. Auditory brain electrical response (ABR): The incidence of abnormalities was 81%. The abnormal rate of IPL was 75%, the abnormality of I-III was 69%, the abnormality of III-V was 13% and the abnormality of I-V was 28%. Vertebrobasilar artery involvement of blood vessels and varying degrees, both in the ABR examination of brain stem auditory pathway involved in the performance, but also the inner ear ischemic changes. Brainstem auditory pathological damage mainly for the I-IIIIPL extension.
