1988年,郑淮安在家乡苏北大酒店学习酒店管理知识。当时亲戚开的酒店理所当然地邀请他去管理,他却觉得自己的天赋似乎并不在酒店管理,而在烹饪。于是同年6月,他只身去上海旅游专科学校学习烹调技术,事实证明,郑淮安入门后进步神速,这一方面来自名师的指点,一方面也来自他自身的刻苦钻研。
In 1988, Zheng Huaian learned hotel management knowledge in his hometown of North Jiangsu Hotel. At that time relatives of the hotel opened naturally granted him to manage, but he felt his talent does not seem to be in the hotel management, and cooking.
