本文报道了山东省12处主要温泉水~(226)Ra浓度测定结果。结果表明,温泉水中~(226)Ra浓度呈对数正态分布。其波动范围为6.62~1956mBq·L~(-1)。它们比一般饮用水、地表水的~(226)Ra浓度要高得多。按我国有关医疗矿泉的分类规定,有5处达到“镭泉”标准。按照国家标准,有9处~(226)Ra含量超过饮用水总α放射性限值标准,有两处超过饮用矿泉水限值标准。~(226)Ra是极毒的亲骨性α放射性核素。我们对患者在“饮疗”过程中可能摄入的~(226)Ra及所致剂量进行了估算。我们认为,对含~(226)Ra高的温泉水,特别是超过国家限值标准的,使用饮疗方法要十分慎重,最好只使用浴疗法,不使用饮疗法。
This paper reported the results of determination of ~ (226) Ra concentration in 12 hot springs in Shandong Province. The results showed that the concentration of ~ (226) Ra in spring water showed a lognormal distribution. The fluctuation range is 6.62 ~ 1956mBq · L ~ (-1). They are much higher concentrations of ~ (226) Ra than surface water in general drinking water. According to China’s medical spa classification requirements, there are 5 to reach “radium spring” standard. In accordance with national standards, there are 9 ~ (226) Ra content exceeds the total α-radioactivity of drinking water limits, there are two drinking mineral water exceeded the limit standards. ~ (226) Ra is a very toxic pro-alpha radionuclide. We estimated the amount of ~ (226) Ra that the patient may consume during “drinking” and the resulting dose. In our opinion, for hot spring water containing ~ (226) Ra, especially for drinking water exceeding the national limit, drink therapy should be used with caution. It is better to use only bath therapy instead of drinking therapy.
