掌握学生思想品德形成发展的规律,运用科学的、具有针对性的教育手段引导教育学生,是我们做好班主任工作中的一个重要课题。在多年班主任工作的实践中,我初步探索了以下几种方法: “慈爱”是洒向学生心灵的细雨情是师生交流的纽带,是促进学生转化的根基,也是学生奋发向上的动力。我班孙宏丹同学在二年级时,由于父母离婚,使这个天资聪明、活泼可爱的孩子,变成了少言寡语的孩子。他课堂情绪低落,课间溜边,学习成绩明显下降。了解了这一情况后,我每天尽量接近他,课堂上尽量多提问,课间同他一起游戏,消除他精神上的自卑感。当他和同学玩耍中受到欺辱时,我就严肃批评、教育欺负人的学生,并和他谈应如何对待别人的欺负。当母亲不高兴打骂他时,我就一次又一次地家访,做家长的工作。由于“爱”的细雨默默无声地洒在孙宏丹的心田,使这颗受伤的心灵又重新治愈复活。他的性格逐渐变化,学习劲头足了,成绩逐渐上
