我院1995年6月至1998年9月共收治啤酒瓶爆炸致眼外伤26例,现报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 本组26例,男15例,女11例;年龄2～43岁,平均23岁,20～30岁者占61.3％。均为单眼受伤。1.2 致伤原因 一为开启瓶盖时高速弹出的瓶盖迸伤所致,占本组病例的41％,另为酒瓶自行爆炸引起眼外伤。1.3 致伤情况 单纯外伤性前房积血4例,其中1例伴玻璃体积血,单纯角膜裂伤6例,角巩膜复合伤12例,球内异
Our hospital from June 1995 to September 1998 a total of 26 cases of beer bottle explosion-induced eye injury, are as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group of 26 patients, 15 males and 11 females; aged 2 to 43 years, mean 23 years, 20 to 30 years of age accounted for 61.3%. All eyes were injured. 1.2 Causes of Injury One was caused by a high-speed pop-up bottle cap when the cap was opened, accounting for 41% of the cases in the group. Another eye bottle wound was caused by the bottle exploding on its own. 1.3 Injuries Simple traumatic hyphema in 4 cases, including 1 case with vitreous hemorrhage, simple corneal laceration in 6 cases, 12 cases of corneal scleral composite injury, the ball difference
