对39份野生大豆材料、150份从不同国家和地区引种的栽培大豆材料和49份国内参加联合鉴定试验的优异种质材料接种黄淮海主要SMV流行株系SC3和SC7进行抗性评价。结果表明:49份优异种质对SC3和SC7整体抗性表现优于引种材料,优于野生大豆材料,中抗及以上品种居多,对SC3和SC7株系表现无症状的材料分别为7和12份,分别占14.3%和24.5%,筛选出晋豆28、晋遗30、文丰1号和早熟17对两个株系均表现无症状;同时筛选出对两个株系均表现高抗的材料4份。在野生大豆材料中仅筛选出1份对SC7株系表现高抗的材料ZYD02740;从引种大豆材料中分别筛选出对SC3和SC7株系表现无症状的材料8和18份,其中PI555396、PI591506、PI633970和R07-2001对SC3和SC7均表现无症状,同时还筛选出7份表现较好的抗扩展的材料。
Fifty-three wild soybean cultivars, 150 cultivated soybean cultivars introduced from different countries and regions, and 49 elite germplasm accessions from China were inoculated with SC3 and SC7, the major SMV strains of Huang-Huai-Hai. The results showed that the 49 elite germplasms had better overall resistance to SC3 and SC7 than the introduced materials, and were superior to wild soybean materials. Among them, Zhongyou and above cultivars had the highest overall resistance. The asymptomatic materials of SC3 and SC7 were 7 and 12, respectively Respectively, accounting for 14.3% and 24.5% respectively. Screening out Jinzhao 28, Jinji 30, Wenfeng 1 and early maturity 17 showed asymptomatic symptom in both strains; at the same time, screened the two strains showed high resistance Material 4 copies. Only one copy of ZYD02740 was screened out from the wild soybean materials, which showed high resistance to SC7 lines. Eight and 18 screened materials were screened from the introduced soybean materials, respectively. Among them, PI555396, PI591506, PI633970 and R07-2001 displayed asymptomatic symptoms on both SC3 and SC7, and also screened out 7 anti-spreading materials with better performance.
