舒普深(SULPERAZON)为头孢菌素类的新型复合制剂,笔者将之作为第二、三线抗生素,用于治疗以呼吸系为主的感染性疾患46例次。25例次(54.3％)的感染继发于实体瘤或血液系恶性疾患。10例次(21.74％)处于粒细胞缺乏状态。结果抗感染的有效率为86.96％,细菌转阴率为81％(13/16例次)。对1995年度本院临床所取标本中分离出的1504株细菌测定了它们对17种抗生素的敏感性,测定结果显示该药在第三代头孢菌素中属敏感率最高,耐药率最低,为仅次于亚胺培南的安全、高效的新一代广谱抗菌药物。
SULPERAZON is a new type of cephalosporin compound, the author as the second and third-line antibiotics, for the treatment of infectious diseases mainly respiratory 46 cases. 25 cases (54.3%) of the infections secondary to solid tumors or hematological malignancies. Ten cases (21.74%) were in agranulocytosis. Results The effective rate of anti-infection was 86.96% and the rate of bacterial negative conversion was 81% (13/16 cases). In 1995, 1504 strains of bacteria isolated from clinical specimens of our hospital were tested for their sensitivity to 17 antibiotics. The results showed that the drug had the highest sensitivity and the lowest resistance rate in the third generation cephalosporins, The next generation of imipenem is safe and efficient next-generation broad-spectrum antimicrobials.
